The Office of Curriculum and Instruction (C&I) serves as the cornerstone for academics in the Jefferson County School District; emphasis is placed on ensuring that instruction is both high-quality and aligned to the Mississippi College and Career-Ready Standards (MCCRS). The Office of C&I also works to promote skilled practitioners through instructional coaching, administrative support, and professional learning. The primary goal is to provide support to administrators, teachers and paraprofessionals in order to ensure that all students have access to rigorous instructional programs that prepare them for higher learning and careers in the twenty-first century workforce.
